What Australian military branches are eligible for the Epic Military Pass offering?
Australia Defence Force (ADF) including members of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), Australian Army, and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) – active and reservists.
Who qualifies for the Epic Military Pass?
The following Australian Defence Force personnel and their families qualify for the Epic Military Pass*:

I am a qualifying Military Dependant. What if the service member doesn’t buy a Military Epic Pass? Will I still be able to?
Yes, we want to honour all families who have members who are serving or who have served. If the service member is not purchasing a Pass of their own, we will still need you to submit relevant documentation to support their current military status as well as your dependant status as per the approved document list shown below.

I am concerned about submitting documents containing sensitive information. What should I do?
We understand your concern and take privacy seriously. When submitting documentation, we encourage you to redact any sensitive personal details that are not required. However, to process your request, we do need the following information to remain visible:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Service category
- Dates

How do I provide my eligibility documents for review and approval?
For Australian service member verification, you will be required to provide one of the accepted forms of ID to validate your military or dependent status as defined above. You will need to upload appropriate documentation to our secure site for verification efforts. Click here to start the online verification process.
When do I need to submit my eligibility documents for review and approval?
Documents must be submitted as soon as you have completed your purchase to ensure that your eligibility can be reviewed and verified, and your Pass activated for use.

What happens if I cannot prove my affiliation?
All military organisations provide members with some form of official documentation that we accept as proof of affiliation. However, if you’re unable to provide acceptable documentation, we will not be able to verify your eligibility and cannot offer access to the Epic Military Pass.
Please contact the Australian verification team at military@epicaustraliapass.com.au for more information. Please note that any initial fees paid are nonrefundable, but they can be transferred toward the purchase of another eligible product.
Why do I have to provide my eligibility documents every year?
Eligibility documents are provided with each season’s purchase to ensure that your military status still matches to the Pass category purchased.
