We are firm believers in the idea that everyone deserves the chance to glide down immaculate slopes, relish in the invigorating mountain air and revel in the excitement of snow-filled adventures. This is why we dedicate ourselves to ensuring that skiing and snowboarding at our resorts is within reach to all.
Whether it's through supporting Youth Access initiatives or crafting Pass options that recognize the contributions of Service Members, our commitment remains steadfast: cultivating an inclusive atmosphere where individuals of all backgrounds can embrace their love for winter sports.

In 1957, Pete Seibert, who served in the U.S. Army’s famed 10th Mountain Division during World War II, and Earl Eaton, who served as an Army engineer, returned to the mountains where they had originally trained for WWII with a new mission: to create one of the most beloved mountain resorts in the world.
The Epic Military Pass was introduced in 2018 to honor the service of the Vail Resorts founders and the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces, Canadian Armed Forces and the Australian Defense Force and their families.
