GETTING TO SÖLDEN

Take the train to Ötztal-Bahnhof at the valley entrance in a relaxed and sustainable way with daily direct connections. Public transport lines continue effortlessly into the valley with public buses running in 30-minute intervals that will take you comfortably to your destination. Are Epic Friend, Ski With A Friend, and Bring-A-Mate tickets valid at partner resorts?

No, Epic Friend, Ski With A Friend, and Bring-A-Mate tickets cannot be redeemed at partner resorts; these benefit tickets can only be used at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America (for Epic Friend and Ski With A Friend) or Australia (for Bring-A-Mate).

I forgot, lost or did not receive my physical Epic Pass card. Can I have one printed at the partner resort?

No. Physical Epic Passes can only be printed at a Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America, with the exception of Telluride. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of active pass with you. Proof of active pass may include a valid pass in the My Epic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your active pass in My Account.

If necessary, Epic Pass Holders may print or reprint their Epic Pass card at Mountain Village ticket windows in Heritage Plaza at Telluride.

Does Epic Day Pass include access to Partner resorts?

Pass Holders with Epic 4-Day, 5-Day, 6-Day and 7-Day Passes with All Resorts Access have access to Telluride in Colorado and the six (6) Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. Peak date restrictions also apply at partner resorts for pass holders with a restricted Epic Day Pass. Access to European and Japanese partner resorts is not currently included on any Epic Day Pass product.

All Epic 1-3 Day Passes and Epic 4-7 Day Passes with Limited Access (32 or 22 resorts) do not include access to any partner resorts.

 

Does my Military Pass include partner access?

No. Military Pass Holders do not receive access to our partner resorts.

 

What do I need to bring with me to visit a partner resort?

Please bring your physical Epic Pass card to provide proof of active pass and a valid photo ID with you when visiting a Partner Resort. Should you not have a physical Epic Pass card, additional proof of active pass may include a valid pass in My Epic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your active pass in My Account.

If you are visiting Telluride or the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, Nakiska Ski Area, Mont-Sainte-Anne and Stoneham Mountain Resort), you can go direct to lift with your valid physical Epic Pass card. Please note, mobile pass in the My Epic app cannot be used for direct to lift access at Telluride or Resorts of the Canadian Rockies.

Does my Epic Pass include benefits at Sölden?

Epic Pass, Epic Adaptive, Epic Australia Pass, Epic Adaptive Australia Pass Holders, and Vail Resorts lifetime Pass Holders receive up to five complimentary days of skiing and riding at Sölden.

Epic Local and Epic Day Passes do not include access to Sölden.

How do Epic Pass Holders redeem benefits at Sölden?

Epic Pass Holders must present their valid physical Epic Pass card or mobile pass on the My Epic app and photo ID at a Sölden lift ticket window with their pass. Epic Pass holders will be issued a magnetic key card upon validation and receipt of a €3.00 refundable deposit per card. The deposit is refunded when the key card is returned in good condition.

Is there a hotel or lodging requirement to receive benefits at Sölden?

No. There is no lodging requirement to receive your five complimentary days of skiing and riding at Sölden, though you can view a list of recommended accommodations here.

Do I need to bring my physical Epic Pass card with me to Sölden?

Yes. Epic Pass Holders are required to bring their valid Epic Pass card or mobile pass on the My Epic app and photo ID to a Sölden ticket window to redeem their five complimentary days.

Do Sölden Pass Holders receive benefits at Vail Resorts?

Sölden annual Pass Holders are eligible to receive 50% off the current one-day window lift ticket price at all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America. Pass Holders must bring their pass and photo ID to a ticket window at the resort to purchase a discounted lift ticket.
