Getting to Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis

Bring your Epic Pass and a valid photo ID to Andermatt, Sedrun or Disentis. When you arrive at the ticket window you will receive an Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis access card. While at the ticket window, Pass Holders will have the opportunity to purchase an upgrade with access to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn train, connecting ASD, for an exclusive price.

  • Up to 7 consecutive days: CHF 50.00
  • Unlimited for the 23/24 winter season: CHF 150.00

Train access must be purchased at the time of the pass issuance to secure the above prices. Single day and one-way tickets can be purchased from Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn at public transport prices at train station ticket machines.

How do I access the lifts at Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis?

Epic Pass holders traveling to Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis will need to pick up an Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis access card at a ticket window prior to getting on the lifts. Pass holders will be asked to present proof of a valid Epic Pass or Whistler Blackcomb media card*, and valid photo ID at an Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis ticket window to validate access. Once validated, Pass Holders will receive an Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis access card that requires a deposit of 5 CHF (Swiss francs). Deposit will be refunded when the media card is returned.  

*Proof of an active pass can include a current-season media card, active pass in the MyEpic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your Active Pass in My Account. 

Can I purchase an Epic Pass at Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis?  
 
No. Epic Passes can be purchased online and should be purchased in advance of arriving at Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis. 

Can I pick up or print my Epic Pass card at Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis? 
 
No. If you are a new Epic Pass Holder or if you purchased a different pass from last season, you will receive your pass card in the mail once you have uploaded a photo and signed the electronic release of liability. If you haven’t received your card, please visit MyAccount to confirm these steps have been completed.
If you are a renewing Epic Pass Holder, your 24/25 pass has been loaded on your existing media card; you will not receive a new card in the mail.
Mobile Pass on the My Epic app cannot be used for lift access at Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis. Mobile Pass can be used as proof of a valid Pass to receive lift tickets for eligible Pass Holders.
If you lost your pass, please go to your local North American lift ticket window to reprint the card prior to your trip or contact Guest Services at (970) 754-0005 for assistance.

Restrictions and exclusions apply. Terms and conditions will be released in conjunction with lift ticket sales. 

 

If I purchase an Epic Pass, will I receive Epic Mountain Rewards or other benefits at Andermatt-Sedrun?

2022-2023 Epic Pass Holders will not have access to either Epic Mountain Rewards benefits or GotthardMemberClub benefits at Andermatt-Sedruin for the 2022-2023 Winter season. 2022-2023 Epic Pass Holders will not be able to use Ski With A Friend nor Buddy Tickets at Andermatt-Sedrun for the 2022-2023 Winter season.

Vail Resorts is exploring benefits at Andermatt-Sedrun for future seasons and will share updates accordingly.

 

If I purchase an Epic Pass, can I use my Ski With A Friend or Buddy Tickets at Andermatt-Sedrun?

2022-2023 Epic Pass Holders will not be able to use Ski With A Friend nor Buddy Tickets at Andermatt-Sedrun for the 2022-2023 Winter season.

Subject to the acquisition closing, Vail Resorts plans to include unlimited and unrestricted access to Crans-Montana on the 2024-25 Epic Pass. When the acquisition closes, Epic Day Pass holders with All Resorts Access will be able to use any of their days at Crans-Montana, and Epic Local Pass holders will receive five days of unrestricted access to the resort. Epic Passes are non-refundable except as set forth in the Epic Coverage terms and conditions.
