Epic Mountain Rewards is a new pass holder loyalty program launching for the 2020-21 season. Epic Mountain Rewards gives pass holders a discount of 20% off food and beverage, lodging, group ski and ride school lessons, equipment rentals, Epic Mountain Express transportation, guided Cat Skiing Tours in Keystone and Heli-Skiing packages in Whistler Blackcomb. Additionally, as part of Epic Mountain Rewards, pass holders can redeem one free wax and 50% off one basic tune per season at select U.S. locations. Epic Mountain Rewards is available to anyone who purchases an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic Day Pass, Epic Military Pass, Epic Australia Pass, and many of the Company’s other regional season pass products, including: Summit Value, Keystone Plus Pass, Tahoe Local Pass, Tahoe Value Pass, Kirkwood Pass, Park City Youth Pass, Afton Alps Pass, Afton Alps College Night Pass, Mt Brighton Pass, Mt Brighton College Night Pass, Wilmot Pass, 65+ Keystone Breck Pass, Senior 70+ 10 Day Pass, Stevens Pass Select Pass, Stevens Pass Premium Pass, Crested Butte Pass, Northeast Value Pass, Northeast Midweek Value Pass, Ohio Pass, Hidden Valley Pass, Snow Creek Pass and Paoli Peaks Pass regardless of whether a guest plans to ski one day or every day of the season. The discounts go into effect on October 1st, 2020 for the 2020-21 season.

This new loyalty program is simple for the guest –no sign up, no point tracking, and no blackout days for the discounts. Pass holders can receive the 20% savings by presenting their pass at the register, logging into their account to book online, or by verifying their pass number when calling our reservation center at (800) 404-3535. In addition to the significant discount already offered by purchasing a pass product (up to 65% off as compared to lift tickets), a family of four can now save hundreds of dollars per day on food, lodging, lessons, rentals, transportation, and mountain activities.     • Guided Cat Skiing Tours: Pass holders can book Guided Cat Skiing Tours in Keystone by calling 1-970-496-4386 or in-person. Pass holders must present your pass at the register or verify their pass number when calling. Please have your valid Pass Holder number available for booking and at check in.     • Heli Skiing: Pass holders can book single day Whistler Heli-Skiing Packages online, over the phone by calling 1-888-435-4754, or in-person. The 20% discount is only valid on single day packages if booked before December 18, 2020. The Semi-Private, Private, and Bucket list experience packages are not included with the discount. Pass holders must present their pass at the register, log in to their account to book online, or verify their pass number when calling and at check in.
  • 20% off Epic Mountain Express: Discount is available on shuttles from Denver International Airport and Eagle County (Vail) Regional Airport to the mountain resorts of Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail and Beaver Creek.   • 1 Free Wax and 50% off Tune: Discount is available at select US locations on one free basic wax and one 50% off basic tune per season. The specific discount varies by location.
    • Colorado: Available on one free basic wax and 50% off one basic tune at the Epic Mountain Gear locations
    • California: Available on one free basic wax and 50% off a basic tune at Any Mountain locations
    • Utah: Available on one 50% off basic tune at Legacy Sports Rentals and Repair or at Canyon Mountain Rentals and Repair.
    • Vermont: Stowe: Receive, 10% off all tuning services at Stay Tuned & Mansfield Tuning (excludes Season Tune).
    • Minnesota: Afton Alps: Available on one 50% off basic tune at Hoigaard’s and 20% off with some exclusions (straight labor and hand tunes) at Afton Alps Ski Shop
    • Michigan: Mt. Brighton: 20% off Mt. Brighton Chairlift Ski Shop (winter only). Including tune and repair services. Sale items are excluded.

Yes, the Epic Day Pass qualifies for Epic Mountain Rewards. Epic Day Pass holders will be eligible to use their 20% discounts all season long, beginning with the 2020-21 season. Epic Mountain Rewards gives all skiers and riders the same value and flexibility, even if they only plan to ski or ride one day. For more information about Epic Mountain Rewards please see here.

No, currently the pass products specific to Whistler Blackcomb (Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Season Pass, EDGE Cards, and the new Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass) do not include Epic Mountain Rewards. We are excited to be able to provide incredible choice and flexibility to our guests interested in skiing and riding at Whistler Blackcomb. Guests with an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic Day Pass or a Military Epic Pass do receive Epic Mountain Rewards at Whistler Blackcomb. Guests who are interested in skiing and riding exclusively at Whistler Blackcomb also have the choice of a Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Season Pass which has its own attractive benefits at Whistler Blackcomb (e.g. 20% off retail and more). EDGE Cards – which provide deeply discounted days at WB for residents of Canada and Washington State, also have their own unique benefits. The new Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass product, which is sold in Canadian dollars, is up to 50% off as compared to window lift tickets and is ideal for skiers and riders who may not need the unlimited access offered on a traditional season pass.

No, Epic Mountain Rewards are not currently available at Vail Resorts’ partner resorts. Vail Resorts is partnered with the following resorts where Epic Mountain Rewards cannot be redeemed:

No, Epic Mountain Rewards can be used throughout the entire 2020-21 ski season without blackout dates. Pass holders will still have blackout dates for lift access based on the pass product they purchased, but they can redeem Epic Mountain Rewards discounts throughout the season.

The NEW Epic Mountain Rewards discounts will go into effect on October 1st, 2020 and last for the entire winter season concluding in May, each year. Summer benefits remain unchanged for pass holders. Summer benefits include free lift access (varies by pass type), as well as select lodging, food and beverage, and activity discounts. For more information, click here.

No. Epic School Kids is a free program for Kindergarten through 5th graders that provides free skiing in Colorado, Utah, and Whistler Blackcomb and does not include Epic Mountain Rewards. The Epic School Kids program does include a free first-timer lesson and rental package. If your child is a pass holder, they will receive Epic Mountain Rewards. HOW TO USE MY DISCOUNTS

Epic Mountain Rewards discounts are eligible to be used for the 2020-21 Winter Season, effective October 1st, 2020. Pass Holders will be able to book lodging discounts for the 2020-21 season starting on March 3rd, 2020 with arrival dates October 1st, 2020 or later. Ski and Ride School group lessons, equipment rentals, and Epic Mountain Express rides will be available for bookings when products go on sale for the 2020-21 ski season (varies by resort, check individual resort web pages for updates). Pass holders will be eligible to begin using their 20% off food and beverage once the restaurants open for the 2020-21 season (October 1, 2020 or later). Pass holders will be eligible to begin using their discounts on tuning and wax services on October 1, 2020.

Pass holders for the 2020-21 season can continue to use the existing benefits for Summer 2020. Existing summer benefits include free lift access (varies by pass type), as well as select lodging, food and beverage, and activity discounts.  

Pass Holders will need to present their pass when redeeming a discount in person, log into their account when booking online, and provide their pass number when booking over the phone. If a guest has not yet received their pass, they can log into their account or call our call center to book products using the 20% discount. If a guest has not received their pass before they arrive at a resort, they can get their pass printed at any season pass office.

EPIC PASS CLUB

Yes. Existing Epic Pass Club benefits will be available for the remainder of the 2019-20 season and Epic Pass Club Summer benefits remain unchanged for guests who purchase their 2020-21 season pass in the Spring of 2020. The new Epic Mountain Rewards discounts will go into effect on October 1st, 2020. To view all Epic Pass Club benefits, click here.

Epic Mountain Rewards will replace the Epic Pass Club Benefits for the 2020-21 season. 2019-20 pass holders can continue to use their Epic Pass Club benefits throughout the remainder of the 2019-20 season. To view all Epic Pass Club benefits, click here.

Guests can continue to earn points with Peak Rewards through the remainder of the 2019-20 season, but guests will no longer be able to earn points with Peak Rewards for the 2020-21 season and beyond. Guests can redeem their Peak Reward points throughout the 2020-21 season, but guests will not be able to redeem their Peak Reward points after the conclusion of the 2020-21 season.

EPIC AUSTRALIA PASS

2020 Epic Australia Pass Holders will be able to redeem Epic Mountain Rewards in North America starting in the 2020-2021 winter season. For the most up to date information regarding Epic Australia Pass holders’ eligible benefits at Australian resorts, please visit epicaustraliapass.com.
