Where is HAKUBAVALLEY?

HAKUBAVALLEY is one of Japan’s largest and most renowned mountain resorts, located in the northern part of the Nagano Prefecture at the base of the country’s Northern Alps.

HAKUBAVALLEY features nine resorts, including Jiigatake Snow Resort, Kashimayari Ski Resort, ABLE Hakuba Goryu, Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park, Hakuba Happo-one Snow Resort, Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, Tsugaike Mountain Resort, Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort, and Hakuba Cortina Snow Resort. The resorts offer all levels of ski and snowboard terrain with more than 140 trails and some of the longest vertical skiing in Japan, 103 lifts and abundant snowfall averaging 32 feet per season.

Does my Epic Pass include benefits at HAKUBAVALLEY?

EpicEpic Local and Epic Australia Pass Holders receive five complimentary and consecutive days of skiing and riding at HAKUBAVALLEY resorts. Epic Day Passes do not include access to HAKUBAVALLEY resorts at this time.

How do Epic Pass Holders redeem benefits at HAKUBAVALLEY?

Epic Pass Holders must present their valid season pass card at a HAKUBAVALLEY ticket window to validate access and receive a personalized pass card.

 

Is there a hotel or lodging requirement to receive benefits at HAKUBAVALLEY?

No. There is no lodging requirement to receive your five complimentary days of skiing and riding at HAKUBAVALLEY.

 

Do I need to bring my Epic Pass pass card with me to HAKUBAVALLEY?

Yes. Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, and Epic Australia Pass Holders are required to present their valid pass card and a valid photo ID to the lift cashier at one of HAKUBAVALLEY's nine resorts to redeem their five-day lift ticket.

 

Do HAKUBAVALLEY Pass Holders receive benefits at Vail Resorts?

HAKUBAVALLEY All-Mountain Season Pass Holders and individual HAKUBAVALLEY Resort Pass Holders are eligible to receive 50% off the current one-day window lift ticket prices at all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts.

Are Ski With A Friend, Buddy, and Bring-A-Mate tickets valid at partner resorts?

No, Ski With A Friend, Buddy and Bring-A-Mate tickets are not valid at partner resorts. Ski With A Friend, Buddy and Bring-A-Mate tickets can be redeemed at all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts.

I am an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass and/or Epic Australia Pass Holder. Can I use resort charge at partner resorts?

No. Resort charge is only available at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts.

Can I use my Epic Mountain Rewards benefits at partner resorts?

No. Epic Mountains Rewards are only valid at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts.

I forgot, lost or did not receive my season pass media card. Can I have one printed at the partner resort?

No. Vail Resorts season passes can only be printed at a Vail Resorts owned and operated resort, with the exception of Telluride.

If necessary, Epic Pass Holders may print or reprint their Epic Pass season pass card at one of two convenient locations while visiting Telluride:

Does Epic Day Pass include access to Partner resorts?

Epic 4-Day, 5-Day, 6-Day and 7-Day Passes with All Resorts Access include access to Telluride in Colorado and the six (6) Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. Access to European and Japanese partner resorts is not currently included on any Epic Day Pass product.

All Epic 1-3 Day Passes and Epic 4-7 Day Passes with Limited Access (32 or 22 resorts) do not include access to any partner resorts. Holiday restrictions also apply at partner resorts.

 

Does my Military Pass include partner access?

No. Military Passes do not currently receive include access to our partner resorts.
