Rusutsu Resort, located in central Hokkaido, receives an average annual snowfall of 45 feet (14 meters) and has some of the best powder and tree skiing found anywhere in the world. The resort, comprised of three separate mountains, offers all levels of ski and snowboard terrain with more than 37 trails, connected by four gondolas and 14 lifts, with two terrain parks and 1,378 acres (42 km) of terrain. Hakuba Valley features 10 resorts, including Jigatake Snow Resort, Kashimayari Snow Resort, White Resort Hakuba Sanosaka, ABLE Hakuba Goryu Snow Resort, Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park, Hakuba Happo-one Snow Resort, Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, Tsugaike Mountain Resort, Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort, and Hakuba Cortina Snow Resort. Are Epic Friend and Bring-A-Mate tickets valid at partner resorts?
No, Epic Friend, and Bring-A-Mate tickets cannot be redeemed at partner resorts; these benefit tickets can only be used at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America (for Epic Friend) or Australia (for Bring-A-Mate).

I forgot, lost or did not receive my physical Epic Pass card. Can I have one printed at the partner resort?
No. Physical Epic Passes can only be printed at a Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America, with the exception of Telluride. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of active pass with you. Please note that a $5 printing fee may apply. Learn more. If necessary, Epic Pass Holders may print or reprint their Epic Pass card at Mountain Village ticket windows in Heritage Plaza at Telluride.

Does Epic Day Pass include access to Partner resorts?
Pass Holders with Epic 4-Day, 5-Day, 6-Day and 7-Day Passes with All Resorts Access have access to Telluride in Colorado and the six (6) Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. Peak date restrictions also apply at partner resorts for pass holders with a restricted Epic Day Pass. Access to European and Japanese partner resorts is not currently included on any Epic Day Pass product.
All Epic 1-3 Day Passes and Epic 4-7 Day Passes with Limited Access (32 or 22 resorts) do not include access to any partner resorts.
Does my Military Pass include partner access?
No. Military Pass Holders do not receive access to our partner resorts.
What do I need to bring with me to visit a partner resort?
Please bring your physical Epic Pass card to provide proof of active pass and a valid photo ID with you when visiting a Partner Resort. Should you not have a physical Epic Pass card, additional proof of active pass may include a valid pass in My Epic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your active pass in My Account.
If you are visiting Telluride or the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, Nakiska Ski Area, Mont-Sainte-Anne and Stoneham Mountain Resort), you can go direct to lift with your valid physical Epic Pass card. Please note, mobile pass in the My Epic app cannot be used for direct to lift access at Telluride or Resorts of the Canadian Rockies.
