Stevens Pass Access on Vail Resorts’ Season Passes:

Which passes will provide skiing and riding at Stevens Pass?
There are six Epic Products that will provide skiing and riding access to Stevens Pass:

  1. Epic Pass – Now includes unlimited, unrestricted access to Stevens Pass!
    For $949, the Epic Pass offers unlimited, unrestricted access to 19 mountain resorts plus additional access to 46 partner resorts, including 20 new mountains for the 2018-19 season. Discover 65 of the world’s premier resorts throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, France, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria. The Epic Pass pays for itself in just under five days of skiing or snowboarding. Enjoy unlimited, unrestricted access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Crested Butte and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood at Lake Tahoe; Stowe and Okemo in Vermont; Mount Sunapee in New Hampshire; Stevens Pass in Washington; Afton Alps in Minnesota; Mt. Brighton in Michigan; Wilmot Mountain in Wisconsin; Whistler Blackcomb in Canada; and Perisher in Australia for the 2019 season. New for the 2018-19 season, Epic Pass holders will receive seven days of skiing or snowboarding with no blackout dates at both Telluride in Colorado and at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Kimberley Alpine Resort in British Columbia, Nakiska in Alberta, and Mont-Sainte Anne and Stoneham in Quebec), in addition to five total consecutive days with no blackout dates at Hakuba Valley’s nine ski resorts in Japan. The Epic Pass also grants limited access to Les 3 Vallées, Paradiski and Tignes-Val D’Isere in France; 4 Vallées in Switzerland; Arlberg in Austria and Skirama Dolomiti in Italy. A child pass (ages five to 12) is $499.

  2. Epic Local Pass – Now includes unlimited, unrestricted access to Stevens Pass!

    For $709, guests receive access to 27 resorts, including unlimited, unrestricted access to Breckenridge, Keystone, Crested Butte, Okemo, Mount Sunapee, Stevens Pass, Arapahoe Basin, Wilmot, Afton Alps and Mt. Brighton with limited restrictions at Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, and Stowe, plus a combined total of 10 days at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Whistler Blackcomb with holiday restrictions and five total consecutive days with no blackout dates at Hakuba Valley’s nine ski resorts in Japan. The Epic Local Pass pays for itself in just over three days and includes access to 13 new mountains for the 2018-19 season. A child pass (ages five to 12) is $379 and a teen pass (ages 13-18) is $569.

  3. Epic 7-Day – Now includes access to Stevens Pass!

    For $709, receive a total of seven unrestricted days valid at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Telluride, Keystone, Crested Butte and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood at Lake Tahoe; Stowe and Okemo in Vermont; Mount Sunapee in New Hampshire; Stevens Pass in Washington; Whistler Blackcomb, Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, Nakiska, Mont-Sainte Anne and Stoneham in Canada; plus an additional 7 free days total at Afton Alps in Minnesota; Mt. Brighton in Michigan; Wilmot Mountain in Wisconsin. After the seven days, regardless of the resort at which they were redeemed, pass holders can get 20 percent off additional lift tickets at Telluride and 50 percent off additional lift tickets at Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, Nakiska, Mont-Sainte Anne and Stoneham in Canada. A child pass (ages five to 12) is $379.

  4. Epic 4-Day – Now includes access to Stevens Pass!

    For $489, a convenient option for a short ski trip as the pass pays for itself in just over two days and includes a total of four unrestricted days valid at Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, Breckenridge, Park City, Keystone, Crested Butte, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Stowe, Okemo, Mount Sunapee, Stevens Pass and Arapahoe Basin, plus four additional free days at Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton or Wilmot. New for the 2018-19 season, Epic 4-Day Pass holders will receive up to four days of skiing or snowboarding at Telluride and at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Kimberley Alpine Resort in British Columbia, Nakiska in Alberta, and Mont-Sainte Anne and Stoneham in Quebec) with no blackout dates as part of their four total days on the pass. After the four days, regardless of the resort at which they were redeemed, pass holders can get 20 percent off additional lift tickets at Telluride and 50 percent off additional lift tickets at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. A child pass (ages five to 12) is $269.

  5. Epic Australia Pass™: – Now includes unlimited, unrestricted access to Okemo, Mount Sunapee and Crested Butte! 

    Unlimited, unrestricted access to Perisher during the 2019 season; unlimited, unrestricted access to Okemo, Mount Sunapee, Crested Butte, and Stevens Pass during the 2019-20 Season; access to Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado; Park City in Utah; and Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood at Lake Tahoe; Stowe in Vermont; and 10 days at Whistler Blackcomb, Vail/or Beaver Creek combined, with holiday restrictions; five consecutive days of skiing or snowboarding at Hakuba Valley, Japan with no restrictions.

  6. Military Epic Pass: – Now includes unlimited, unrestricted access to Stevens Pass!

    Starting at a price of only $149 for Active, Retired, and Registered Dependents, the Military Epic Pass provides unlimited unrestricted access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, Breckenridge, Park City, Crested Butte, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Stevens Pass, Stowe, Okemo, Mount Sunapee, Wilmot, Afton Alps, and Mt. Brighton for the 2018-19 season, as well as Perisher in Australia for the 2019 ski season.  The Military Epic Pass Veteran Products also include unlimited, unrestricted access to Arapahoe Basin.  Military Epic Passes do not currently include other partner resort access for the 2018-19 season. All Military Epic Passes require verification.

Additionally, the Whistler Blackcomb 5 and 10 Day Edge Cards will continue to offer access to any of Vail Resorts’ operated and owned iconic ski resorts, including Stevens Pass.

  • Whistler Blackcomb 5 & 10 Day Edge Cards: Available exclusively to residents of Canada and Washington state, the 5 and 10 Day Whistler Blackcomb EDGE Cards include the option to use up to two of the 5 days included on the 5 Day Edge Card and up to three of the 10 Days included on the 10 Day Edge Card at any of Vail Resorts’ other iconic ski resorts, now including Stevens Pass.

Which Vail Resorts season passes will give me access to Stevens Pass for the 2018/19 season?
The Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic 7-Day Pass, Epic 4-Day Pass, Military Epic Pass, Epic Australia Pass, and Whistler Blackcomb 5 and 10 Day EDGE Cards will all provide access to Stevens Pass.

Where can I purchase an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic 7-Day Pass, Epic 4-Day Pass, Military Epic Pass, or Epic Australia Pass?

What dates do “holiday restrictions” include?
• Epic Local Pass holiday restricted dates are: 11/23/18-11/24/18, 12/26/18-12/31/18, 1/19/19, 2/16/19-2/17/19.
• Epic Australia Pass holiday restricted dates are: 11/23/18-11/24/18, 12/19/18-12/31/18, 1/19/19, 2/16/19-2/17/19.

Can I purchase tickets for these “holiday restriction” days at a discount as an Epic Local, Epic Australia Pass holder?
Yes. Pass holders receive 50% off lift tickets during the holiday restricted dates at Park City, Stowe, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Advanced Lift Ticket Rates at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Whistler Blackcomb.


How does the Pass insurance work?
All season passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Season pass refunds are available only when a guest purchased season pass insurance and has a valid claim under the insurance policy. Any refund is based on the cost of the season pass minus a daily rate for every day used up to the face value of the season pass. How does the Auto Renew program work?
Auto Renew is the most convenient way to automatically renew your Season Pass every year, while guaranteeing next season’s lowest price and the best benefits. When you sign-up for Auto Renew you will be charged $49 up front in mid-March and the balance in mid-September. If you sign up for the auto-renew program this season, your Pass will automatically renew next March for the 2019-2020 season unless you withdraw from the program before the initial charge. What are Ski-With–A-Friend tickets and how many do I receive?
As a valued season pass holder, most season passes will come with six discounted, single- day lift tickets loaded onto your season pass for friends and family to use. Ski-With-A-Friend tickets vary in price based on the date you plan to visit and can be purchased at the lift ticket window. The season pass holder must be present at the time of purchase. If I already purchased my Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic 7 Day Pass, Epic 4 Day Pass, Military Epic Pass or Epic Australia Pass do I need to do anything to add Stevens Pass?z
No, if you have already purchased an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic 7 Day, Epic 4 Day, Military Epic Pass, or Epic Australia Pass you will receive Stevens Pass skiing and riding free of charge, including night skiing at Stevens Pass.

If I already purchased a Vail Resorts season pass which does not include Stevens Pass, can I upgrade in order to receive it?
Yes, you can upgrade your pass at the current advertised price, your pass benefits will remain the same. You may upgrade you product by calling Vail Resorts Guest Services at 970-754-0051.


I have purchased both a Stevens Pass season pass AND an Epic pass product. Can I get a refund?

If you have purchased both a Stevens Pass season pass and Epic product refunds of your Stevens Pass season pass purchase will be accepted. You may refund your product by calling Vail Resorts Guest Services at 970-754-0051.

I own an Epic Pass. Can I return it in order to purchase Stevens Pass season pass?
No. Epic Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Pass refunds are available only when a guest purchased Pass insurance and has a valid claim under the insurance policy.

I own an Epic Pass. Can I use my benefit tickets at Stevens Pass?
Yes. The Epic Pass and other Vail Resorts’ season pass holder benefit tickets will be available for redemption at Stevens Pass in the 2018/19 ski season. Rates for Buddy Tickets at Stevens Pass will be available soon.

Will night skiing and riding at Stevens Pass cost extra?
No, unlimited, unrestricted night skiing is included at Stevens Pass for free on the Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Military Epic Pass, and Epic Australia Pass, and is included as part of the total days available on the Epic 7-Day, Epic 4-Day, and Whistler Blackcomb 5 & 10 Day Edge Cards.

 

2018/19 Stevens Pass Pass Details:

If I already purchased a season pass Stevens Pass, will it still be eligible for skiing and riding in the 18/19 season?
Yes, Stevens Pass passes are eligible for skiing and riding in the 2018/19 ski season. Please note all pass holders will need a new RFID pass for the 2018/19 season; your old pass will not work. All passes will be mailed out this fall. If you haven’t received your pass by your first day on the mountain, please visit a guest service location to have your new pass printed.

Is the 2018/19 season pass offering at Stevens Pass going to remain available for purchase?
Yes, for the 2018/19 season, Stevens Pass passes will remain available for purchase. Passes can be purchased in-person or online. Please note all pass holders will need a new RFID pass for the 2018/19 season; your old pass will not work. All passes will be mailed out this fall. If you haven’t received your pass by your first day on the mountain, please visit a guest service location to have your new pass printed.

If I keep my Stevens Pass pass, do I need a new pass card?
Yes. All Season Pass holders and Powder Pack holders will need a new RFID pass for the 2018/19 season; your old pass will not work. All passes will be mailed out this fall. If you haven’t received your pass by your first day on the mountain, please visit a guest service location to have your new pass printed.

Will Stevens Pass still offer the Cascadia Pass add on with access to Crystal Mountain and The Summit at Snoqualmie?
The Cascadia Pass went off sale on 11/1 and will no longer be sold for the 2018/19 season.

Will the Stevens Pass Premium Pass product still include Powder Alliance benefits for the 2018/19 season?
Yes. For the 2018/19 season, the Premium Pass will continue to offer Powder Alliance benefits at participating resorts.

Epic Passes require the purchase of Pass Insurance for any type of pass refund. Is this now the case for Stevens Pass passes as well?
Epic Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Pass refunds are available only where a guest purchased Pass Insurance and has a valid claim under the insurance policy. Will the age variances between the Stevens Pass and Epic Passes become the same?
For this year, Stevens Pass passes will retain the same age breakouts as currently posted for the 2018/19 season. All existing Epic Season Pass products will also retain the same age breakouts as currently posted. Age qualifications for the 2019/20 Season will be announced in the Spring of 2019.

Will the 6 and under pass continue to be issued?
Yes, the 6 and under season pass at each resort will continue to be available this year only.

Are Stevens Pass passes eligible for Auto Renew?
No. The Stevens Pass passes are not eligible for Auto Renew. Auto Renew is the most convenient way to automatically renew your Epic Season Pass every year, while guaranteeing next season’s lowest price. Yes, the Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Epic 7-Day, Epic 4-Day, Military Epic Pass and Epic Australia pass holders will have pass holder discounts at Stevens Pass. Details will be released this fall.

If I exchange my Stevens Pass season pass for an Epic Pass, can I keep my benefits? 
If you exchange passes, your benefits will change as well. Should you upgrade to an Epic Pass, you will receive 6 Ski-With-A-Friend (SWAF) tickets and become a member of the Epic Pass Club. SWAF (Ski-With-a-Friend) tickets are automatically loaded onto applicable passes and the price varies throughout the season. Pass holders just take their guest to a ticket window, present their pass and receive the discount. These can be used wherever your pass is valid. Will EpicMix be available at Stevens Pass in the 2018-2019 season?
No. EpicMix is only available at these resorts: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone in Colorado; Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia, Canada; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood in Tahoe; Afton Alps in Minnesota and Mt. If I purchased my Stevens Pass season pass before 6/4/2018 and I now want to upgrade to an Epic Pass, can I get the same Epic Pass price and benefits from 6/4/2018?
Guests exchanging a Stevens Pass pass product purchased prior to the acquisition announced on 6/4/2018 will be eligible to purchase another product at the price and benefit offering available for that product on 6/4/2018 for a limited time only. You may upgrade your product by calling Vail Resorts Guest Services at 970-754-0051.

Changing or Upgrading Products:

If I bought a Stevens Pass pass, am I entitled to a refund?
No. However, we will be allowing pass holders who purchased a Stevens Pass pass to exchange their pass for an Epic Pass, Epic Local, Military Epic Pass (pending status verification), Epic-7 Day, or Epic-4 Day product, should they want to. Depending on the price difference between the two products, you will either be charged the balance or refunded the difference. Please note, exchanges for products purchased prior to the June, 4, 2018 acquisition announcement will be eligible to receive pricing and benefits on their new pass in line with those available on the acquisition announcement date for a limited time. You may exchange your product by calling Vail Resorts Guest Services at 970-754-0051.

If I purchased a Stevens Pass season pass already, can I exchange for a pass that has access to other resorts?
Yes, you will be able to exchange for a season pass that includes all resorts such as the Epic Pass which will provide unlimited, unrestricted access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Crested Butte, and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood at Lake Tahoe; Stowe and Okemo in Vermont; Mount Sunapee in New Hampshire; Afton Alps in Minnesota; Mt. Brighton in Michigan; Wilmot Mountain in Wisconsin; Whistler Blackcomb in Canada; Stevens Pass in Washington; and Perisher in Australia, with no blackout dates. If I made a charitable contribution as part of my Stevens Pass Season Pass purchase, will it be refunded when I exchange my product to an Epic Season Pass?
Yes, your full purchase including any donations will be refunded at time of exchange. Vail Resorts contributes more than $11M annually to non-profits focused on youth and environmental non-profits including the National Forest Foundation through the Company’s EpicPromise program. Look for these programs to include Stevens Pass in the future. In the meantime, you can donate directly to the National Forest Foundation at www.nationalforests.oeg or offset your carbon footprint through Bonneville Environmental Foundation at www.b-e-f.org. 

Can I use SnoDough to purchase an Epic Season Pass?
No, at this time SnoDough is not available to use towards the purchase of an Epic Season Pass product.

Can I keep my Stevens Pass season pass?
Yes, you can keep your Stevens pass season pass with the same benefits for the 2018/19 season only. Season pass products for the 2019/20 ski season will be announced at a later date. Please note all pass holders will need a new RFID pass for the 2018/19 season; your old pass will not work. All passes will be mailed out this fall.
