If you're traveling by airplane, Zurich and Munich are the most commonly used routes to Arlberg. With Munich airport 146 miles from Arlberg, Zurich 120 miles, and Innsbruck Airport just 72 miles away, driving or taking a train from the airport is a breeze, not to mention a breathtaking journey through the beautiful countryside. Does my Epic Pass include benefits at Ski Arlberg?

Epic Pass, Epic Australia Pass and Vail Resorts lifetime Pass Holders receive three complimentary days of skiing and riding at Arlberg ski resorts when they stay a minimum of three consecutive nights*** at a participating Arlberg resort lodging property. This offer is valid once per season. Eligible resorts include St Anton, St Christoph, Lech, Zurs, and Stuben.

**Longer minimum night stay may apply to certain Arlberg resort lodging properties depending on general lodging property requirements. See the list of participating lodging properties for details. This offer is valid once per season. Eligible resorts include St Anton, St Christoph, Lech, Zurs, and Stuben.

Epic Local and Epic Day Passes do not include access to Arlberg ski resorts at this time.

How do Epic Pass Holders redeem benefits at Ski Arlberg? Is there a hotel or lodging requirement to receive benefits at Ski Arlberg?

Eligible Pass Holders must book a minimum number of consecutive nights of lodging at a participating resort lodging property to redeem their three complimentary lift tickets. This offer is valid once per season. Lodging must be booked directly with the participating property to qualify for this benefit. It must also be stated that you are traveling with an Epic Pass, Epic Australia Pass or a Vail Resorts lifetime pass at the time of booking. Note - A minimum of three consecutive nights is required though minimum night stay may vary by lodging property. If the property requires more than three nights, guests will still only be eligible for three complimentary tickets. This offer is valid once per season.

Do I need to bring my Epic Pass pass card with me to Ski Arlberg?

Yes. Epic Pass Holders are required to present their valid pass card at participating Arlberg resort lodging property in order to receive their complimentary lift tickets. 

 

Do Ski Arlberg Pass Holders receive benefits at Vail Resorts?

Arlberg Pass Holders do not currently receive any discounts or benefits at Vail Resorts ski areas.

 

Where should I stay when I visit Arlberg Ski Area?

Epic Pass Holders and lifetime Pass Holders are eligible to receive three consecutive days of free skiing and riding at the Arlberg Ski Areas when they stay a minimum of three consecutive nights at a participating Arlberg resort lodging property once per winter season. Epic Pass Holders who do not stay at a participating lodging property are not eligible for the complimentary lift tickets.

Are Ski With A Friend, Buddy, and Bring-A-Mate tickets valid at partner resorts?

No, Ski With A Friend, Buddy and Bring-A-Mate tickets cannot be redeemed at partner resorts; these benefit tickets can only be used at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America (for Buddy and Ski With A Friend) or Australia (for Bring-A-Mate).

I forgot, lost or did not receive my season pass media card. Can I have one printed at the partner resort?

No. Vail Resorts season passes can only be printed at a Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America, with the exception of Telluride. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of active pass with you. Proof of active pass may include a valid pass in the My Epic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your active pass in My Account.

If necessary, Epic Pass Holders may print or reprint their Epic Pass season pass card at one of two convenient locations while visiting Telluride:

  • Mountain Village Ticket Window – Heritage Plaza
  • Oak Street Ticket Office – Telluride Gondola Plaza

Does Epic Day Pass include access to Partner resorts?

Pass Holders with Epic 4-Day, 5-Day, 6-Day and 7-Day Passes with All Resorts Access have access to Telluride in Colorado and the six (6) Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. Access to European and Japanese partner resorts is not currently included on any Epic Day Pass product.

All Epic 1-3 Day Passes and Epic 4-7 Day Passes with Limited Access (32 or 22 resorts) do not include access to any partner resorts. Peak date restrictions also apply at partner resorts.

 

Does my Military Pass include partner access?

No. Military Pass Holders do not currently receive receive access to our partner resorts.

 

What do I need to bring with me to visit a partner resort?

Please proof of active pass and a valid photo ID with you when visiting a Partner Resort. Proof of active pass may include a valid pass in My Epic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your active pass in My Account.

If you are visiting Telluride or the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, Nakiska Ski Area, Mont-Sainte-Anne and Stoneham Mountain Resort), you can go direct to lift with your active season pass media card. Please note, mobile pass in the My Epic app cannot be used for direct to lift access at Telluride or Resorts of the Canadian Rockies.
